Where is our office located?

Athena School Psychology Services is located in downtown Miami, inside the Miami Tower at 100 SE 2nd Street, Suite 2000, Miami, FL 33131.

Getting There:
When you arrive at our location, you'll notice the James L. Knight parking garage right in front of the main entrance on SE Second Street. Parking is $10 for a maximum of 4 hours.

Navigating the Building:
Coming from the Parking Garage: After taking the elevators from the parking garage you will find yourself in the Sky Lobby. Find the elevators with signs marked "20-30" indicating the elevators that will take you to the 20th floor. Select floor 20 and then you will find us at Suite 2000.
Entering the Main Lobby (No Parking Garage): Make your way to the elevator labeled "office elevators." Hit the button marked "SL" to access the sky lobby. Follow the previously mentioned steps.

Waiting Areas:
While you wait for your appointment, you'll find numerous waiting areas. There is a waiting area in our suite, as well as on the sky level.

How do I know if an evaluation is necessary?

Accepted Answer

An evaluation can help if you're worried about how your child learns, pays attention, stays motivated, interacts with others, or controls their feelings and actions. Additionally, an evaluation will give insight as to their overall functioning (cognitive abilities, learning style, academic skills, behaviors).

We offer flexible hours to accommodate your needs. Additionally, if coming to our downtown location is challenging for you, don't worry. We're open to discussing alternative settings that are closer to where you are.

What payment methods are accepted and when are payments due?

Payments are due prior to or at the time of service.

We offer the following payment options:
Cash
Check -  A check made out to "Athena School Psychology”
Credit or Debit Card - An invoice will be sent via email with a secure payment link. Please note that if you choose to pay with a credit or debit card, a surcharge fee of 2.5% will apply.

What are the fees?

Psychoeducational Evaluations:  Our fees are structured based on the type and complexity of the evaluation. An individualized invoice will be generated based on the proposed areas of assessment.

Gifted/Intellectual Evaluations:  Gifted/Intellectual evaluations are conducted for a rate of $550.

Intervention Reports: Intervention reports are developed for a rate of $200.

Tutoring Services: Tutoring services are $70 per hourly session.
